Edwards (formerly BOC Edwards) APGX-H Active Lnear Convection Gauge 1000 to 2x10-4 Torr

The new Edwards (formerly known as BOC Edwards) Linear convection gauge has a wide measuring range from 1333 to 3x10-4 mbar (1000 to 2.3x10-4 Torr). The use of convection technolocy ensures accuracy and sensitivity are maintained to the top of the range. The gauge is compact and may be mounted in any orientation, simplifying installation where space is limited. The gauge incorporates a set point and two LED's, which indicates set point and gauge status. For reduced cost of ownership, the gauge is provided with a replaceable tube, in which calibration is stored.

Compatibility

AGC: The APGX-H is supported by all new AGC's with serial numbers greater than: 027376147 (non RS232 versions) and 027274158 (RS232 versions). Earlier controllers will require a software up grade.

AGD: The APGX-H is supported by AGD for APGX

TIC: APGX-H is supported by TIC software at version D39700640 or higher. Software upgrades for TIC may be obtained in the first instance electronically by request for upgrade by the user. Ultimately, this will be possible from a dedicated website.

  • Accuracy is reduced at the lower limit of the measuring range

  • ** The set point output will be turned off if an error is detected

  • Errors may be cleared by powering down the gauge and then back up
